How JaxillMind works, what the numbers mean, and how to reach a human.

Getting started

Open the app and add a name. That name stays on your device. Tap a game and play — most sessions run about five minutes, and two games a day is the intended dose.

What the numbers mean

MINUTES ON TASK is the dose — it matters more than how many times a game was opened. RIGHT is accuracy across the items answered. TOP LEVEL is the difficulty tier your child sustained; it carries forward between sessions, so it climbs over weeks rather than resetting.

What not to read into one day

Day-to-day variation at this age is dominated by mood, sleep and attention. A bad Tuesday is not a cognitive fact. Look at weeks, not days.

Deleting a player or all data

Settings inside the app lets you rename a player, delete a player, or erase everything. Deleting the app removes all of it too.

It works offline

Everything runs on your device. There is no account and no connection is ever needed — it plays offline from the very first tap, on a plane, in a car, anywhere.

Something wrong?

Email us. Tell us the device, the game, and what happened. Because we collect no analytics we will have no logs, so your description is all we have to go on — detail helps.
