Terms — JaxillMind
Plain terms for a free children's app. You may use JaxillMind with your children. We make no promise about what it will do to their thinking, because no one honestly can yet.
What you are agreeing to
You may install and use JaxillMind free, for your own family. Do not resell it, do not pass it off as your own, and do not try to break it for other people. That is the whole of it.
Who may make an account
An account is for a PARENT or guardian, aged eighteen or over. The email address you give is yours, not your child's. A child should never be the one creating it — the app asks a grown-up question first for exactly this reason.
What we promise
That the app does what this site says it does, that your child's play stays on your device, and that we will tell you plainly if any of that changes. We do NOT promise that JaxillMind will raise your child's intelligence, improve their schoolwork, or produce any measurable outcome. No brain-training product can honestly promise that today, and we will not be the one that does.
What we do not promise
The app is provided as it is. It may have faults, it may be unavailable, and a device that is lost takes its saved play with it — because we never receive that play, we cannot restore it. Nothing here is medical, educational or psychological advice, and it is not a diagnosis or an assessment of any child.
Ending it
Stop using it whenever you like. Delete everything from Settings inside the app, and reply to any email from us to be removed from our list. We may end an account that is used to abuse the service; we will say why.
Money
JaxillMind is free and stays free: all twelve games, the whole difficulty ladder, offline, no advertising, and nothing to buy inside the app. As of August 2026 there is also an optional Premium licence for adults, bought on the web behind a parental gate — it adds an evidence layer for parents and takes nothing away. We said any change would come honestly, with notice, and not for anyone who already had the app. This is that change, on those terms: if JaxillMind is already installed, everything in it remains yours, free, permanently.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we change them, the change will be dated here and the previous version will remain available on request.
